SAN RAFAEL, Calif. — Dominican University of California senior men's basketball player
Jacob Noisat has been named to the Pacific West Conference Fantastic 15 for the second time this season. The conference announced the award for the week of Nov. 26.
The Santa Rosa, Calif. native averaged 11.0 points and 7.5 rebounds per game in a 1-1 week for the Penguins. He tied for seventh in rebounding for the week in the league, and shot 10-of-18 (.556) from the field. Noisat scored 12 points in close loss vs. Division I Sacramento State on Nov. 27 and scored 10 points and grabbed eight rebounds in a 20-point win at Holy Names University in the two teams' PacWest opener on Dec. 1.
Noisat currently leads the Penguins in scoring (11.8 ppg) and field goal percentage (.596), and is tied for the team lead in rebounds (6.3 rpg).
On Saturay, the Penguins host Notre Dame de Namur University in Dominican's PacWest home opener. Tipoff is slated for 7:30 p.m. at the Conlan Center as part of a doubleheader with the women. Live coverage will be available at
